Peanutut Butter Banana Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 3/4 cups Almond Milk (Or preferred nut milk, but I love it with almond)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 Tbs Peanut Butter or other nut butter of choice
  • 2 frozen bananas (you can use fresh, I just happen to like to use frozen in smoothies)
  • 2 Tbs Coco powder
  • 2 Tbs Flax seed (I use organic ground)
  • 1 Tbs chopped good dark chocolate (at least 70% Cacao) *(optional)
  • 1 whole Avocado, pit removed
  • 1 tsp honey *(optional, for a little added sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend away! (This smoothie comes out in a thick milk shake consistency for me)

If it's too thick for your liking, add a couple tablespoons of water or nut milk.
