Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups Almond Milk (Or preferred nut milk, but I love it with almond); 1 cup ice cubes; 2 Tbs Peanut Butter or other nut butter of choice; 2 frozen bananas (you can use fresh, I just happen to like to use frozen in smoothies); 2 Tbs Coco powder; 2 Tbs Flax seed (I use organic ground); 1 Tbs chopped good dark chocolate (at least 70% Cacao) *(optional); 1 whole Avocado, pit removed; 1 tsp honey *(optional, for a little added sweetness)

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend away! (This smoothie comes out in a thick milk shake consistency for me)

If it's too thick for your liking, add a couple tablespoons of water or nut milk.
