Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Pumpkin Pie flavor without the guilt of a pie slice. Get that flavor in a healthier smoothie.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup whole milk plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 vanilla extract
  • *optional- 1/8 cup ground flax seed
  • heaping 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, cover and blend on "smoothie" mode or blend until smooth and no chunks.
  2. Top with a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice and/or whipped cream.(optional)
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe makes about 24 oz (3 cups) which could serve as 2 large 12 oz servings.
