Ginger Orange  Cranberry Relish

A sweet & tart condiment your holiday needs! (No Cooking)


The sassy & bright alternative to Cranberry Sauce

It's a sweet & tart kick condiment to liven up the holiday table!

What you need for  Ginger Cranberry Orange Relish

2 small oranges

Orange rind of 1 orange

2 tsp ginger, grated

3/4 cup granulated sugar

16 oz. fresh cranberries

Dash of Sea Salt


Prep Ginger & Orange


Peel & Pull apart orange slices Keep rind from 1 orange

Wash cranberries

Grate or Microplane Ginger

Food Process


Add All Ingredients to Food Processer.  It's a 1 litchen appliance kind of dish.  No cooking!

Pulse & Done


Pulse the ingredients to the level  you like.   Most people like the consistancy of relish, so kind of chunky, but light.  Make sure all big lumps are gone.

Why is this Relish a hit?   It's sweet, it goes great with turkey, ham or on a cracker...some brie.

It's Vegan, Gluten-Free, Kid Friendly & DELICIOUS!  Spread it on leftover turkey sandwiches! YUM!
