8 oz. cream cheese
1- 7 oz. jar pimentos, drained
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Spices
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp granulated garlic (or powdered)
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1/8-1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
Add all Ingredients
Shred 2 cups of Sharp Cheddar Cheese. You can use pre-shredded of course. Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.
Stir & Mash
Stir and mash ingredients with a fork till you no longer see no more white clumps of cream cheese.
Enjoy!
Enjoy the Pimento Cheese immediately or chill in the refrigerator till ready to serve. As with most spreads, it does get even better the next day, once all the flavors meld together.
