Fresh Raw Tomatillos
Onion
Cilantro
Lime Juice
Jalapenos

-Remove husks and Stems from Tomatillos -Remove stems from jalapenos (and seeds only if you don't want it spicier)

-Preheat Oven just to get it hot. -Place Jalapenos & Tomatillos on Baking Sheet. -Gather and start prepping remaining ingredients.

-Broil 15-20 minutes, turning every 3-5 minutes until all well charred and they start seeping liquid. - While it broils, dice onion & chop cilantro.

-Add all of the tomatillos, jalapenos, half the diced onion and the cilantro to the food processor. -Give it only a few pulses. I usually pulse about 6 times.

-After pulsing, allow to cool a little, then stir in remaining onion, salt & lime juice. -Once cool enough to handle, transfer to container for fridge. -Allow to cool completely in the fridge.
