1
Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
6
hard boiled eggs
peeled and chopped
1/4
cup
real mayonnaise
3/4
tsp
smoked paprika
2
Tbsp
Sweet pickle relish
I prefer to use one without HFCS
1
Tbsp
Dijon mustard
I also like to use Dusseldorf German mustard, it's got a little heat, but so good!
1
tsp
Lemon juice
1/2
tsp
celery salt
1/4
sea salt
1/8
tsp
ground black pepper
Instructions
Hard boil and peel your eggs and let cool completely.
Once your eggs are cool you may chop up the eggs.
In a small bowl combine all remaining ingredients to make a dressing.
Add your chopped eggs to a medium bowl big enough to mix and hold your egg salad.
Add the dressing to the eggs and gently combine the eggs with the dressing till fully coated.
Add a any vegetables you choose like lettuce or tomato with your wrap or favorite sandwich bread along with the egg salad mixture and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe makes about 2 cups of egg salad. For sandwiches about 1/3 to 1/2 cup is ideal, depending on what bread or wrap you're using.
