Apple Cider Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Recipe

This apple cider vinegar salad dressing is such an easy recipe you can make any day in no time! It's versatile and great on most salads and better for you than most store bought dressings. Great for everyday salads to holiday salads.
I always double it because it's so popular in my house. The recipe as is makes about 2/3 of a cup of salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4  olive oil extra virgin
  • clove garlic pressed
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp  Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp  sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Just add all of your vinaigrette ingredients to a small mason glass jar with a lid or dressing jar.
  • Give it a good shake until the honey is fully incorporated.  If you don't have a jar with a lid, you can of course just make it all in a small bowl and whisk it.

Notes

It's best served at room temperature so if you are not using it right away, refrigerate it, but sure to get it out of the refrigerator with plenty of time to get to room temp.  Enjoy within about 5 days.
