Peanutut Butter Banana Chocolate Smoothie

- 1 3/4 cups Almond Milk Or preferred nut milk, but I love it with almond
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 Tbs Peanut Butter or other nut butter of choice
- 2 frozen bananas you can use fresh, I just happen to like to use frozen in smoothies
- 2 Tbs Coco powder
- 2 Tbs Flax seed I use organic ground
- 1 Tbs chopped good dark chocolate at least 70% Cacao *(optional)
- 1 whole Avocado pit removed
- 1 tsp honey * optional, for a little added sweetness
If it's too thick for your liking, add a couple tablespoons of water or nut milk.
