Peanutut Butter Banana Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Almond Milk Or preferred nut milk, but I love it with almond
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 Tbs Peanut Butter or other nut butter of choice
  • 2 frozen bananas you can use fresh, I just happen to like to use frozen in smoothies
  • 2 Tbs Coco powder
  • 2 Tbs Flax seed I use organic ground
  • 1 Tbs chopped good dark chocolate at least 70% Cacao *(optional)
  • 1 whole Avocado pit removed
  • 1 tsp honey * optional, for a little added sweetness

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend away! (This smoothie comes out in a thick milk shake consistency for me)

If it's too thick for your liking, add a couple tablespoons of water or nut milk.
