We love serving this air fryer coconut shrimp with a creamy sweet chili dipping sauce.
1-1 1/4 Pound 21/25 Shrimp
1/2 Cup Sweet Shredded Coconut
3/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Unsweet Shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup Corn Starch
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Whole Milk
1 Tsp Hot Sauce (Optional)
1 tsp Sea Salt & 1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
