Ginger Carrot Apple Juice

This recipe will make about 16-18 oz of juice. This is a great easy raw juice to make in a hurry or for those who are just starting to try out juicing for the first time.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 carrots depending on carrot size (about 1.5 lbs), stems removed, skin on
  • 3-4 green apples about 1.25 lbs, stems removed and quartered through the core
  • 2.5 inches about .5 ounces, skinned with knife

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into juicer, starting with carrots, then apples along with ginger stuffed between.
  • Clean your juicer immediately for easy clean up and then enjoy your juice.
