- 6-8 carrots depending on carrot size (about 1.5 lbs), stems removed, skin on
- 3-4 green apples about 1.25 lbs, stems removed and quartered through the core
- 2.5 inches about .5 ounces, skinned with knife
Place all ingredients into juicer, starting with carrots, then apples along with ginger stuffed between.
