Smoky Garlic Roasted Mushrooms

- 16 oz. cremini or baby bella mushrooms wiped clean with paper towels, stem trimmed & quartered
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp Italian parsley chopped
- 1 Tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Clean mushrooms by wiping with paper towels or clean towel, do not wash under water. Then trim off dried end of stem and quarter.
Add mushrooms to a 9 X 13 baking dish.
In a small bowl add olive oil through black pepper and whisk well.
Add Oil & Spice mixture to mushrooms and stir gently with spatula till well combined. Scrape the bowl to get all that yummy goodness on those mushrooms.
Roast mushrooms 30 minutes, stirring 2-3 times.
Once done roasting add the butter, parsley and stir.
Ready to serve.
