Ingredients

  • 1/2 Avocado seeded
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried parsley or 1/2 Tbsp fresh
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill or 2 tsp fresh chopped
  • 1/8 cup green onion chopped
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder ok too
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blending jar or a deep narrow bowl and use a hand blender or immersion blender to blend all ingredients until smooth.
