canned pumpkin

whole milk plain yogurt

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

maple syrup or honey

vanilla extract
*optional- 1/8 cup ground flax seed
heaping 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender, cover and blend on "smoothie" mode or blend until smooth and no chunks.
Top with a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice and/or whipped cream.(optional)
