Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Pumpkin Pie flavor without the guilt of a pie slice. Get that flavor in a healthier smoothie.

- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- ½ cup whole milk plain yogurt
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ banana
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
- ¼ vanilla extract
- *optional- ⅛ cup ground flax seed
- heaping ½ cup ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a blender, cover and blend on "smoothie" mode or blend until smooth and no chunks.
- Top with a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice and/or whipped cream.(optional)
This recipe makes about 24 oz (3 cups) which could serve as 2 large 12 oz servings.
