guacamole or a spicy
sriracha sauce.

Keep in mind that these burgers do not shrink at all so make sure you adjust the burger size as need be. In this recipe a 1/2 cup measure for the patties makes a fairly large and thicker burger, but a 1/3 cup size is also great for smaller appetites or smaller buns.
